Metrum Research Group is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator (CRC) who will work closely with the sales and business development teams to provide a smooth and positive experience as prospects transition into customers. Additionally, the CRC collaborates with product support teams to ensure clear and consistent communication across the Technology Solutions business.

Responsibilities

  • Works alongside the CRC II to jointly manage all external communication for technology solutions business, maintaining clear and consistent messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Engages with prospects and customers throughout the entire process, from lead development to product implementation.
  • Facilitates the project proposal process, with input from product, engineering and support teams.
  • Consistently monitors and tracks potential customer pipeline, taking steps to guide through the sales funnel.
  • Serves as point person for review and execution of customer contracts (CDA, MSA, Work Orders, etc.).
  • Takes first-pass review of customer contracts and drafts contract amendments.

Requirements, Skills

  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships.
  • Proven expertise in sales operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills to work with sales and marketing data and create reports.
  • Strong follow through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly capable team.
  • High degree of comfort with scientific and technological topics and an eagerness to learn.
  • Fluent in the use of Internet technologies, and web-based software.

Education and Experience

A 4-year college degree is required or equivalent experience (communications, business, science, or related field).

Experience: 3-5 years experience in administration, customer relations and/or sales.

Physical Demands

The job frequently requires working at a computer terminal, standing or sitting, and the ability to operate the computer with proficiency.

Work Environment

The work environment is quiet with no adverse conditions.
